Cafe Journal in St. Wendel

Super super great food, you can only praise it. We ordered to be delivered and the pizza and schnitzel were fresh and crispy (really as if we had eaten it directly in the restaurant). Everything was packed in an environmentally conscious and safe way (it couldn't be better or more lovingly). Super nice staff and very fast delivery, we are just thrilled.

Otherwise we always ate on site at Café Journal. But now the times are different at the moment, so we decided to just try To Go. And it worked great. The food was ready at the exact time ordered, in good quality as we are used to from Café Journal 👍👍👍 We also think that it is definitely pleasant to enjoy the food outside in the "extra" attached hut during the cold season can. This is a good idea with the hut, not only at this time

By far the freshest cuisine in Sankt Wendel, delicious dishes and a menu that changes every week, framed by a varied regular menu with delicious pizzas, pasta dishes and meat dishes. Everything is always visually appealing and served generously in terms of portions. Very tasty and to be recommended.

The food has always been great here! But now you should just go with the times and offer something new in the breakfast area (eggs Bendedikt, avocado .....) The outdoor area is very recommendable in summer. I think pizza is very good, otherwise the food is not bad. Breakfast is very tasty, with regional sausages (according to the service) from the Wendalinshof and butcher's cellar. Service friendly and quick.

I drink my milk coffee here almost every day and have always been very satisfied (including with the food). The milk coffee today was anything but milk coffee. It tasted like diluted milk. I think I'll have to find another cafe.

Here is a rich offer of outdoor seating, with beach chairs and lots of green plants as a partition, you sit here on vacation! The waitresses were very nice and friendly, the drinks and our food were brought quickly! My salad journal with 4 types of raw salads was very tasty and the turkey breast ordered with it was well fried and still juicy, exactly right! My wife had the Watzmann salad with poultry liver, the dishes were plentiful and very tasty

A great cafe to take a little break. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. The prices are okay. Cappuccino and cake were delicious. We would love to come back.

Finally there was a rethink here. Lately you actually get 0.5l of wheat here if you have ordered 0.5l of wheat. Not 0.4 or 0.41l, actually 0.5l. The food is still great, the service friendly (you don't have to complain about foam beer anymore) and the prices are the same despite Corona. TOP! Even how the MA was dealt with here during the Corona period, exemplary! Thank you hippie!
